• Business and niche information (via the onboarding questionnaire)
• Content preferences and platform details

Payment information:

• All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Technical information:

• Basic analytics via Cloudflare, including page views, country, and browser type. No personal tracking, no fingerprinting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your purchase and deliver the product
• Configure your AI agents (for Done-For-You tiers)
• Communicate about your order, product updates, and support
• Improve PublishFleet

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted services that may process your data:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — website hosting, CDN, and basic analytics
• Formsubmit.co (formsubmit.co) — onboarding form handling

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies for security and performance purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or social media tracking scripts. There is no third-party tracking on our site.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service and fulfill legal obligations. Purchase records are kept for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (fulfilling your purchase) and legitimate interest (improving our product).
